If the finance guy can implement RingCentral, anyone can do it. "Use Cases and Deployment Scope - After a merger, we were on a Cisco on-premise system as well as a proprietary phone system. We needed to put both companies onto the same unified system. We knew we didn't want another Cisco system as they are extremely difficult to work with (both as a product and a company). I pitched RingCentral to our company as a solution that would 100% work, guaranteed." Pros - 100% cloud - no maintenance ever. -UI Is nice and easy to use. -Anyone can implement it. Cons - 3-way calling could be simpler.

Great service and uptime! "Few re-occurring issues. Phone service as well as support has been outstanding! Also our customer service reps have been amazing to work with on everything from new orders and site builds to technical questions and invoicing issues. The only real issues we've been having as of late has been with the RingCentral meetings and audio conference lines having re-occuring issues. Support tickets are being opened for them."
